Before launching ELLEM, LisaMarie worked as a high-level executive assistant in the corporate world. She was thriving professionally—but chose to walk away from that career to be more present with her family. What began as a leap of faith became the foundation for a business built on love, purpose, and lasting impact.

She’s especially known for her work on multicultural and multigenerational events—from tea ceremonies and Diwali celebrations to Filipino debuts and quinceañeras.
